Exhibitor Resources

Exhibits are a truly special tradition of the county fair. They give amateurs and hobbyists a chance to show off their talents in fields like agriculture, culinary arts, gardening, crafting and photography. They give farmers the chance to show off their prized farm animals. And they give fairgoers an up-close look at all of these treasures. Learn more about becoming an exhibitor below.

Adult Exhibitors

Annually, 100s of participants submit their amateur exhibits to be displayed throughout the Adult Exhibitor Hall. Whether you’re seeking a coveted prize or just want to share your craft, this is a tremendous opportunity to showcase your passion to thousands of spectators!

There is no cost and participants receive a discounted admission price.

Youth Exhibitors

Arts and crafts, science, baked goods, photography and American Pride are just a few of the categories on display annually in the Youth Exhibitor Hall. Youths, aged 8-18 as of January 1, 2023, are invited to submit their work for the chance to earn ribbons and premiums. For youths ages 5-7, we offer a special Cloverbud Department. This is a non-competitive department and premiums are not awarded, but each exhibit receives a ribbon.

Nonprofit Exhibitors

The Barnstable County Fair venue for community organizations will once again be in our MARKETPLACE Building as an outreach to educate the public in our community. Limited space is available, so please return this application as soon as possible.

We know that many groups have financial limitations, so we will again be offering free space for those of you that provide a certificate of insurance. Those that need to purchase insurance from our carrier will again be able to do so. We do not have the actual cost as of yet, but it should be around $85.00. This is a wonderful opportunity to spread information to 75,000 people free of charge.

The Barnstable County Fair has been an important part of the Cape Cod community for over 170 years, and offering free space is our way of thanking all of you for supplying important services to our citizens.
