Hey ya’ll! I’m Jake Hoot, Champion of Season 17 of The Voice. I am a Texas born, Dominican Republic raised, Tennessee living, country music playing, songwriting, God fearing, family raising, people loving, super blessed kinda guy.
In 2019, I auditioned for NBC’s The Voice, and wouldn’t ya know, somehow, I won the whole thing! Since then, I have been touring, writing, recording and releasing a lot of music!
My band and I have become quite the road warriors. We get to play often at The Grand Ole Opry, and have been blessed to open shows for some legendary acts including Alabama, Darius Rucker, Jordan Davis, and so many other artists and friends.

Demolition Derby
It’ll be an exhilarating evening of jarring motorsports action in East Falmouth on Wednesday, July 24th when JM Motorsport Productions invades the Barnstable County Fair with Demolition Derby motorsports action.
A pillar at State and County Fairs for well over six decades, JM Motorsport Productions continues to be the standard bearer when it comes to producing unforgettable, hard-hitting motorsports action.
The night features qualifying heats and a last-chance heat for non-qualifiers and their wrecked cars before the championship event. The winner of the night wins $800 and receives a large championship trophy. Second place received $200 and a trophy.
The show starts at 7:00 pm.
Interested drivers from both near and far are welcome to participate and be part of the action. ASIA featuring John Payne
John Payne became the frontman of the supergroup ASIA in 1992 at the invitation of keyboardist Geoff Downes, replacing vocalist/bassist John Wetton. ASIA extensively toured the world for the next 14 years performing new classics and old favorites.
With John Payne fronting the band, ASIA released 8 stunning studio albums and several live recordings. In 2006, Geoff Downes left the band to reform the 1982 lineup for their 25th anniversary.
On the 9th of May 2006, John Payne, Geoff Downes, John Wetton, Carl Palmer and Steve Howe contractually agreed that John Payne would continue his 14 year legacy with ASIA as “ASIA Featuring John Payne”.
ASIA Featuring John Payne has been touring in North America since 2008.

The Box Tops
From the mid-60s into the 70s, there was no finer blue-eyed soul group than THE BOX TOPS, from Memphis, Tenn.
Formed in 1967, The BOX TOPS recorded a string of hits including the worldwide #1 megahit song, THE LETTER, and 6 additional TOP 40 hits including CRY LIKE A BABY, SOUL DEEP, NEON RAINBOW, CHOO CHOO TRAIN, SWEET CREAM LADIES-FORWARD MARCH, and TURN ON A DREAM.
In 2015, original bassist/vocalist BILL CUNNINGHAM, and original guitarist/vocalist GARY TALLEY teamed up with veteran music industry bandleader/manager RICK LEVY to bring the BOX TOPS music back to waiting audiences. In short order, they have performed for thousands of fans all over the USA.
THE BOX TOPS show highlights their hit records, and equally importantly, Memphis music of the 60s, especially some of the songs that influenced the members as young teens growing up in such a musical hotbed. The show is complete with horns, and promises musical history that is HIP!!!
