Sure, you know us for hosting the biggest fair in the region each July – The Barnstable County Fair – but we’re much more than that!

The Cape Cod Fairgrounds is home to almost 100 acres of open grounds, show rings, barns, a stage, and tons of indoor function space. Our versatile offerings mean we can accommodate events of all types and all sizes. And we do!

From dog shows to beer festivals to Boy Scouts retreats and RV Camping Trips, we host dozens of private and public events each year. If you can dream it, we can probably host it. 

A common misconception is that we’re a municipal property. Not so. The Fairgrounds are run by the Barnstable Agriculture Society, a privately owned and operated 501c3 non-profit organization.

We support the entire Cape Cod community through scholarships, programming and unique community partnerships.
